Lamb Shashlik roasted capsicums, red onion & parsley salad. Kranski, sauerkraut, pickled onions & sweet mustard. Beef stroganoff classic Russian beef & mushroom braise with egg noodles. Chicken Kiev crumbed chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter served, crushed potatoes & fermented cabbage. Vodka cured ocean trout potato salad, cucumber & radish, salted roe. Enjoy the magic of winter; stay cozy fireside, have a dance or explore the grounds to discover and taste an array of Russian fare.
